PUBLIC REVIEW EXCERPT

We had Allterra install our solar system 6-7 years ago. The installation was very clean and tidy. We have had problems with the micro inverters by a company that Allterra no longer uses. They have had to change all of the micro inverters after a number of them failed in the first 2 years of service. Just this past year two more failed. Allterra changed all of the micro inverters as soon as the manufacturer sent them the replacements. Fortunately we have not had to pay for the replacement because they were under warranty. I have always maintained that the mark of a good company is how they respond to problems. Allterra has responded professionally and done a great job keeping me informed in the progress of the back ordered replacement parts. I recommend them without reservation. I have recently referred our neighbor of 37 years to Allterra. I told her that Allterra may not be the least expensive but you will get a clean installation and great service for any problems that may arise.

Super highly recommend! Allterra Solar was great to work with at every step of the process, super responsive to my 1 million questions, worked with me to get the system to do what I needed, and they had fun doing it. Their staff are good people, seem to enjoy and take pride in their jobs, and are local - which is seriously awesome.

These people have a passion for what they do. The installation was done very professionally with an eye for quality. In my case they painted the external wire conduits in the exact same color as the walls. Everything worked. Allterra technicians are extremely responsive. It is very rare to find this kind of service. I collected quotes from several suppliers. I am very happy I chose these guys. If you select a Tesla powerwall with your solar, the wait time was 6 months for me. No fault to Allterra, they were upfront with me on the wait time.
