The sales rep knew more than the technical reps at the competition. The installation team was professional and experienced. The team installing the transfer and battery equipment were the best. But most of all the results were exactly what I wanted. The system does exactly what was expected and promised. I chose Enphase equipment. The web interface and system performance pages are excellent.
The entire process of getting our solar system installed was SUPER EASY! Matt explained everything from the beginning to the end. He always kept us informed of each next step. The guys who installed it were very sweet and professional. They were always careful and polite. We LOVE having solar! Just wish the fog would go away.
I was extremely satisfied with the work that was done by Coastal Solar. Taylor Alex was very professional and was very thorough in explaining the issue with my system.
