He was transparent from the beginning and answered all of my questions, which was a lot, until we finally agreed upon and finalized a contract. There were other issues outside of his control such as the contractor inadequately performing but through voicing our concerns directly to Alex he was continuously keeping people accountable to the best of his abilities. Once the install there was still billing issues which Alex and Emily were there to support us in getting things corrected. Out of all the things I have to complain about the solar process, Alex is not one of them. I would recommend others and through our experience I’d believe he would advise others on things to watch out for.
We had a wonderful experience with Alex. He is a good salesman giving us the facts and benefits of solar so we could make our own decision, and it was not a high pressure sale.
