I had a great experience with Solar Optimum. From the start, they were professional and friendly. They gave me a written estimate and it was accurate. They were very helpful throughout the entire process. They handled all the details and I had minimum to do. Installation was great, support was outstanding. Always answered my questions in a very timely manner. The only snag we ran into was the county here. But Solar Optimum got it taken care of. Definitely a great company to work with. I'm glad I chose them for my solar system. I received great products.
Brandon Chavez was our first point of contact for the solar panel installation. Throughout the process, Brandon has been responsive and accommodating, making it easy to adjust our plans as needed. He handled our requests, such as removing the battery from the initial design as well as increasing number of panels, among other modifications.
