Customer Reviews for Sunrun Solar

Read all of Sunrun Solar's Google reviews hereCustomer service from the initial contact with Frank Bierstedt was top notch. Frank kept me very will informed on cost and the process of installation. Any questions were answered promptly. Also Frank showed up when the installation was taking place to make sure of a seamless install and to address any concerns. Overall total inter reaction with Sunrun Solar was spot on. Very pleased with total process.
Our SunRun representative, Noelle Koeppe, was knowledgeable about their program, the product and product specifications. SunRun handled everything professionally and under the install time estimate. Installers were respectful of our property and neighbors well.
I would highly recommend you ask for Jason Reyes for any solar services. Everything was explained properly but most importantly there was no pressure to make a decision. Jason Reyes is a true professional. Sun Run should hire more people like him. Thank you Jason for your patience, understanding and professionalism.
