    Sunrun did a great job from beginning to end! Josh Goldfield in particular did great walking me through the process and making sure that things were executed perfectly and on time - kudos to Josh, I really appreciate it!. Also kudos to Dulce Mendoza for helping with the setup after installation - you guys are awesome! The only complaint I have is the roofing contractor that Sunrun used... they could have done a better job scheduling (they did not show up the day they said they will and never notified me, they showed up 2 days later without giving me a heads up, then showed up again unexpectedly on a weekend to "finish the job", not communicating with me that the job was incomplete), and they were careless (they just threw down all the roofing materials carelessly on my yard, they cleaned up after they finished but they damaged my sprinkler system). Sunrun should seriously consider using a different roofing contractor. Overall I'm very happy with Sunrun and the system they put up!

The installation crew was top notch also, fast, efficient and friendly. The system…I’m happier than I could have imagined. I chuckle when I think of all of my friends who say they are going to do this themselves.

    I have had Sunrun for a little over a year now. I am loving it so far. I love not having to wonder what my bill will be every month and no longer having $300+ electric bills! Best thing was working with Elias Caban, who made the entire process SO easy. He was, and continues to be, super helpful!! Even now, more than a year after everything was finalized, if I have a random question, I can send him a quick message and he responds right away (sometimes within minutes!!) with an answer or a phone call to walk me through how to find the answer. Best customer service EVER!!!
