Pacific Allied Group in Corona, California

My wife and I hired Pacific Allied a group to replace our roof, fascia and install solar. We had so many issues with them. They don’t do what they agree to. Charged us for work that wasn’t completed.when confronted they just say they didn’t but don’t have anything to back it up. They completed the job and we’re paid by the finance company back in June of 2023. I have been fighting with them since to get the fascia fixed the way it was agreed upon. We caught the issue before the roof was installed and they told me they weren’t going to fix it the way we agreed upon. Along with other things they didn’t complete or damaged. Raymond and Angi are very unresponsive and don’t honor what is said or written. We agreed on a solution to fix the fascia and Raymond wouldn’t even write what was agreed upon in the contract. Very shady. There is a lack of clear communication between departments/personnel. I am having to pay for the fascia repair and “trust” they will reimburse me. Very poor workmanship and customer service.

Very poor customer service. They only are focused on taking your money and do not care about the customers needs. I had panels installed and there was no one to come out to my home and show me how to troubleshoot the system if anything goes wrong. You can never call to the office and speak to anyone. I do not live close enough to go to the office to go in and speak with someone. Do not do business with this company!

I am so happy I was able to have Jose Castro as my solar rep. He has been very busy with my family since he has installed for 4 homes including my moms house.. He made sure we got the lowest rate and helped us all the way till we had panels functioning.. Highly recommend Jose Castro to be your Solar Rep. Thank you 🙏🏼

I was so nervous when the summer came last year and for good reason ! My electric bill was $700 in one month!! Like what! So when deciding to get solar I did ALOT of research and found pacific allied group . They didn’t just provide great service with a family like treatment but they even hooked us up with a patio awning ! They are so amazing and keep up with their customers
