Janice took great care and persistent planning to get Omar and Jorge out to fix roof leak. Omar took the extra time to find a small hole that caused intermittent problems.

I was in the hospital for a few days and didn't check our solar power app every day or so as usual until a few days after I had returned home. I discovered the system was not connecting to my app and I feared the solar power system might have been down (and losing $$ to SDG&E as a result!). My wife checked the display and saw the "Check DC Generator" alert and the red light, so we knew we had a problem. I called Semper Solaris and a virtual appointment with a technician was scheduled for a few days later. I was pleasantly surprised when Semper Solaris' technician Josh called me on the phone a couple of days later and asked if I had the time to troubleshoot with him then rather than when the virtual online appointment was scheduled. YES! I wasn't doing much of anything at home other than recuperating and was very happy to troubleshoot earlier than scheduled! Unfortunately, my mobility was limited, and my wife was out shopping. I could not easily go out to our detached garage to help Josh troubleshoot, so he emailed me some troubleshooting directions (complete with photos!) to correct what he suspected was the problem and promised to call me back in a couple of hours after my wife returned home. When she returned, I showed her the directions and photos and helped to explain what the procedure would be when Josh called again. Josh called back right on time, and my wife went to the garage as Josh put us in a 3-way phone conversation for troubleshooting. My wife had no problem following Josh's directions! After just a few minutes, the problem was corrected, and the system was operational once again! Thank you, Josh! We have kept the email and instructions you sent so if this anomaly ever reoccurs, then we will be prepared and hopefully not have to contact you again, although it was a pleasure working with you! Josh promised to closely monitor our solar power system for the rest of the week to ensure it continued operating as normal, and I did too! When he called me on Friday afternoon to tell me that it remains solidly operational, I agreed because I was closely monitoring it via my phone's app too. Josh closed out the trouble ticket and I thanked him again! We could not be happier with our solar power system since it was installed about 8 years ago! With SDG&E costs ever increasing, our system has without a doubt already paid for itself! Thank you, Semper Solaris and Josh!

I have been a Semper Solaris customer for a little over 4 years now and have always received wonderful service. Anthony was here the other day to service my ductless air conditioning unit and he was friendly, professional and took his time to make sure everything was working properly. He even took time to answer my grandchildrens countless questions. Thank you once again for superb service and we will be requesting Anthony for future maintenance services.
