    I was going to leave a better review. We have had our panels and battery for a few years now. I just found out that my battery has been off line from the internet for over 2 years now. I have contacted the company about 12 times over this issue. I have done the steps they asked me to do so I can try to reconnect it. It didn't work. They told me that they would reach out and schedule an appointment to get a tech out and it would cost me a fee if it wasn't something wrong with the battery. I told them no problem. My wife got an email saying the price and asking when they can come out. I have reached out to the person to schedule and discuss this 5 times by phone and twice by email. I have left 3 messages with their answering service because no one else picks up the phone. The person in contact with my wife has sent a few more emails that get more and more passive aggressive. Both me and my wife are disabled vets and I feel like they are treating us very poorly because they have all ready gotten our money and don't want to provide customer service after the product is delivered

I wasn’t getting readings on my Solar app. Josh was able to help me on the phone and walked me through step-by-step and how restart my powerline adapters. It only took a few minutes.     Josh D. is excellent!! He saw my appt for support while PG&E cut our power 8-5 today (during the heat wave). The Powerwall had kicked in instantly (TV didn't even flicker) but by 11 a.m. was showing only 2 hrs battery left. Josh had finished a call early and called us. He was immediately reassuring, explained the graphs, the battery backup process - patiently, in English - and I was immediately calmed. He pulled history from yesterday, didn't see the same load today - asked me to turn on the AC. With that load, he was able to predict our battery would last past 8 p.m. minimum. Also clearly explained the Backup Reserve setting in the My Home app. I have MS - AC is critical. Josh's level of response and professionalism goes above and beyond. We've been very proud of our relationship with Semper Solaris - and Josh just reinforced that. Thank you!!
