Incredibly effective at getting the job done. I had a solar utility company install solar panels, but it failed to bill my contractor for several months and then my contractor went bankrupt. The utility company refused to cooperate with me in any way and I was at my wit's end for several months. Finally, a friend referred me to Peter at Cervus and within a couple of weeks, he resolved everything. My solar should be up and running shortly. He has incredible follow up and communication.
