Freedom Forever | Best Solar Companies in Livermore, California

Unfortunately my experience with Freedom Forever has not been great. The sales process was easy and our panels were installed quickly, however everything after that has been one issue after another. Our panels were installed in fall of 2021 and as of today June of 2023 our solar is not active. We had to have a new electric panel installed and that took almost 1 yr. Each time a tech was sent out there was an issue and then a month in between to get another tech out to perform a different task. It was such a cluster honestly. Then months with no communication almost to the point that we were ready to tell them to just remove all of their equipment and cancel our order. On top of all that the ridiculous delays from PG&E every time we had to get them out for anything. We failed inspection twice from the city for sloppy workmanship which had to be corrected. Finally we passed inspection from the city but still don’t have our solar activated because again we are waiting for PG&E. Switching to solar seemed like a great idea, but so far for us it has not been worth the headache. So just beware when you decide to take the leap that be prepared for any of these delays and issues. I wish I could tell you the process is smooth but that’s the furthest thing from reality.
