no star if I can. I talked to both project managers, Eduardo and Frankie, both never answered my calls or text messages.They don't deliver what they have promised. The salesperson, Paul, quit the company claiming the company owes him a commission. I emailed the company and texted both property managers that I wanted to cancel my contract due to fraud. They never, NEVER Replied. Run for the Hill!

They are great at getting your business and initially installing the panels, but customer service and follow up is terrible! Within the last six months my Edison bill has gone through the roof! The panels are producing minimal energy, way below what should be produced costing me thousands over the months. When I reported this to Clean Initiatives, after several calls, I finally got a return text requesting my last 3 months Edison bill. They said they’d get back to me, but I haven’t heard back from them in over a month. I’ve been calling, texting and emailing since, but no response! I even visited their offices in Pasadena, CLOSED! Next step is reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and telling everyone I know about my experience!

Wow!! Just wow!! One of the best experiences ever!! Andrew Rodriguez was so polite as he introduced himself. Explained the different Programs his company was offering. I must admit, I was a little skeptical at first, but after asking a few questions and allowing him to walk through his presentation with me. I was sold! Not technically, because I went with the fully funded program, but nevertheless, I was sold. I’ve heard in the past about solar programs, putting a lien on your home, so I was skeptical about that. Andrew did insure me with that that was may be a thing of the past with other solar companies , but insured me it wasn’t what clean initiative was about even went as far as calling Pablo, his CEO which I thought was amazing, took the time out of his day to talk to simple old me. He could’ve handled that I’m off to Waze. I admire his integrity and honesty. I’d have to admit I will gladly recommend Andrew and his team to anyone interested in gaining knowledge in solar! He said I find out tomorrow if I am eligible for the program. Fingers crossed.! Can’t wait!!🙌🏽🙌🏽🥹
