    Paul was my Sunrun sales Rep. When i first met him he appeared at my doorstep and I was immediately able to identify that he worked for Sunrun and not some random Solar business. He was knowledgeable, sincere, and was able to answer all of my questions. He presented a very good approach and we scheduled a second meeting. Over the course of a few visits, we were able to work out the details of the contract and the process for installation. Paul was the best Representative for Sunrun I've met. I have recommended him to a close friend who I knew would present a challenge and Paul was able to work with him and close on another contract. Since installation and power-up, Paul has always been there for follow-up visits and communications and has helped expedite any obscure questions I've had about my system. Paul earns 5 Stars for his efforts and dedication.

She fully explained, before we signed, all aspects of the installation process. Any questions regarding our work were quickly answered via text, phone or personal visit. We have had several outages in our neighborhood since installation and a seamless transition to battery was impressive. We are also running a good “negative” on our meter while using more electricity in our home. Highly recommended (and use Christina if possible).
