She explained every step in perfect detail regarding the permit process etc ! Her crew came and did the installation In perfect condition . The Foreman/electrician ran his crew in a professional manner…. all my concerns were addressed and answered accordingly.     I’ve been wanting to put solar on my house since 1977. The industry wasn’t there yet. Nick Federico came into our lives in 2023 and was more attentive and cooperative and professional, than I could’ve hoped for. Even our dog fell in love with him. He worked the process with Sunrun, communicated well with his fellow workers and ultimately delivered a flawless process getting permitted with 11 panels on our roof, a beautiful Tesla battery pack and new updated electrical service for our house. I am now getting between 97% to 100% of my electrical demand through my solar and a full day of battery back up. The Best part was that it cost me a total of $0.00. The project also was completed a month and a half before the original estimated timeframe. I would recommend Nick and his team highly for the homeowners in El Cajon and San Diego. It just couldn’t have been a better, more successful experience. Thank you, Nick.
