    Told we would only be billed 5 to 9 dollars from PG&E and besides paying the Financial company 405. a month our PG&E bill is still over 350.00 a month. And when we try contacting anyone they tell us we have to call Evergreen and Evergreen tells us we have to call Freedom. So they are not a trustful place to go through, don't believe anything they tell you, they lie just to get you to take there Solar. Ever unhappy with Freedom, and there solar rep won't call you back either.

    Predatory tactics. Sold solar system to my 80 year old mother with cognitive decline, in May 2023. She clearly did not understand. By the time the final inspections were done, she had moved from the home into an assisted living location, so the money should have gone to her care instead. I was never involved with any conversation and found out on the date of installation that they were “almost done”. It is nearly a year later and after reviewing the recent SMUD bill and contacting SMUD, I discovered the system has never generated any power and is either defective or not on. I checked the box and everything appears to be on. We have paid over $35,000 to date and have received no benefit from the system. I have left messages and none were returned. So now I need to spend my valuable time untangling this chain.
