EVE Energy has signed a framework agreement with U.S.-based energy storage supplier Fluence covering up to 206 GWh of battery deliveries between 2027 and 2031, according to a filing by the Chinese battery manufacturer. The agreement includes a committed delivery volume of 16 GWh for 2027 and reserved capacity of 190 GWh for 2028 through 2031.

The framework arrangement, signed by EVE’s subsidiary Hubei EVE Power and Fluence Energy Global Production Operation, LLC, will be executed through subsequent purchase orders. EVE noted that specific product specifications, quantities, prices, delivery schedules, and quality requirements will be determined later, and warned that changes in industry policy or market conditions could affect implementation.

EVE Energy is one of China’s largest lithium-ion battery manufacturers, having shipped 44.46 GWh of energy storage batteries in the first half of 2026, up 54.9% year on year. Fluence, a Nasdaq-listed company launched by Siemens and AES, supplies grid-scale storage systems and optimization software.
